How to Enrol
Once you have had a tour of Holy Name ELCC we encourage you to fill out our waitlist form, this can be provided on request through emailing @holy.name@cewa.edu.au or Click on this link to the waitlist form
If a spot has become available at Holy Name ELCC, our lovely receptionist will contact you to confirm your booking and provide you with an enrolment form.
To help you fill out our enrolment form, please have the following details available:

Your child's/children's Customer Reference Number (CRN).

Your child's/children's
-
Your child's/children's immunisation status record (This will need to be provided before your child/children begin at the service).

Stay and Play
At Holy Name ELCC, we encourage new families to 'Stay and Play'. This allows your child/children to visit our centre throughout the day to have a play.
Throughout these 'Stay and Play' sessions, we exceed to create that all and important bonding with your child/children and will find out about your child/children's routines, likes, dislikes, comforters and any other critical information. This allows us to prepare for a comfortable and smooth transition on orientation.
* Please note a family member/caregiver must stay on premisses, while 'Stay and Play' is in session.
